[Biojava-dev] Blast changes done

I've checked in the minimal search/blast changes, including the
required interface additions. Now at least if anyone in the user
community wants to implement more detailed parsing they can still use
the vanilla interfaces.

The SequenceDBSearch* implementations are now totally redundant. I've
left them alone - I'll stick a deprecation notice on them to avoid
confusion.
