OK.  So, what do I need to do to get a read/write account on the CVS?  What
part of the biojava tree should I build the web services stuff on?

I for one would be very keen to see BioJava be able to connect to both
public and in-house web services. It seems you have the experience so,
in the tradition of open-source, if you code it it will be our standard
:)
