We've been using x-sequence-na, x-sequence-aa, x-sequence-alignment-aa,
etc.  There's some internal discussion here about whether or not to
include formatting information.  For GenBank and SwissProt the format is
known.  For MySequenceList it's not, so x-sequence-na-fasta may be
useful.
