Which means that it contains "what" is being identified, or does it
also (or may it also) contain the format of the object (or a format of
an attribute of the identifiable object)?
For example, if this identifier is used for a sequence object, what can
be there? I guess that put there just a "sequence" is not that usefull
because we know that it is a sequence because it appears in the sequence
object.
Generally speaking, I feel that I like the idea to have there the
content type - but I need more explanation what it (can) contain.
