[MOBY-l] Local BioMOBY Central - Ontology test fails

Also, I forgot to add:

namespaces, data types... from localhost. In data types, I can see Object,
String, Integer, Float...so, it does exist. Testcases in
Client-OntologyServer.t like 11-15 tests for that.
