We discussed this at the last meeting - it is a very difficult problem! 
Services are transacted directly between a client and the service
provider, so "moby" doesn't play a role in that process - we're merely
the brokers.  We could build-in some server-side filtering, but that is
a given... nevertheless, unless the server is using our libraries, we
can't enforce this.  Other than having the client library spam the
service provider every time they find a malformed message, the only
other solution I can think of is to have knowledgable individuals
keeping an eye on things, and publishing "best practices" on the mailing
list.

Yes - though the correct URL for things like Objects is now:

http://biomoby.org/RESOURCES/MOBY-S/Objects

and that resolves to RDF.  I will probably add this as another namespace
in the MOBY XML header - xmlns:mrdf="..." or something like that...
