[MISC] [MOBY-l] Processing MOBY responses:MOBYSHoundGetGenBankff as an example

In that case, I'd be happy to try coding it from scratch.  I would need to 
know the specific API/input-output signature for this sub.  Do you (or 
anyone else reading this) have it?
