[MOBY] [MOBY-l] Input XML syntax

Since my post regarding namespace prefices, I've received requests about 
the availability of DTDs as used in the posted example.  I have posted a 
somewhat modified version of my XML for Molecular Biology site at 
http://www.bioxml.info/ .  Please feel free to use the DTD system 
identifiers (http://www.bioxml.info/dtd/...) and public identifiers from 
this site, and send me any contributions you may have (new languages, 
PUBLIC identifiers, etc.).
