Log Message:
MOBY-Central now returns WSDL in response to a service query.  Several caveats follow in the next message, but this is a good start\!  I have committed this as MOBY_Central2.pm because there might be errors in it, and some of you might be already building on MOBY_Central.pm output.  Once I am sure this is correct it will replace the original.  Please use client2.pl to test this code.
