Hi all, It seems that my CVS commits are setting the "group" to be bioperl rather than biomoby. I've just chgrp'ed everything to biomoby so that it can be checked out properly, so if you were having problems please try again now and let me know if it works. I'm in touch with the open-bio team to try to resolve this problem, Mark
