[MOBY-l] Central, Client::Central, and sample client scripts updated

These were updated with the new API as I suggested yesterday.  I have a
copy of the original if there are any objections... but this just makes
**so** much more sense to me :-)    The new API is documented in code
and on the website, as usual.

See the sample client scripts for examples of usage, and let me know how
you get on.
