[MOBY-dev] the use-case for xml:lang

Hi all,

at the last Moby meeting we decided that there was a need for MOBY Central  
to observe the xml:lang attribute.  Can someone please send me an explicit  
use-case so that I am sure I understand why/where this attribute is going  
to appear and what changes to MOBY Central and the database might be  
necessary to accommodate this change?
