Interesting question... How do we implement all possible functionality
using all possible solutions... :-)

Here is my point of view:

1. "moby" service
    It can work with "wsrf" pass by reference... it's up to the toolkit
to look into the header
    Attachment (SwA). Just put your attachment outside the soap message
and find it somehow from the toolkit

2 "moby-async" service
   The same as "moby", but also can return a reference (through wsrf) to
a particular moby object

3. "doc-literal" service
   The same as "moby", but attachment would be MTOM (backward compatible
with SwA).

4. "doc-literal-async"
   Also see no problem.


5. "soap", "cgi", "wsdl", "post" - what's this??? (sorry for ingnorance)
