[MOBY-dev] getting RDF resources in the compressed format

I believe the solution we agreed upon was that if the client sends an 
"Accept-encoding" HTTP header with x-gzip, we'd have the server send 
gzip'ed if it finds it.  I use this mechanism all the time for sending 
big HTML files...
