Eddie, is it possible that the deregistration of services by removing it from an RDF document does not work currently? I deleted the section for a service called getGeneticElementNamesByFreeText from http://mips.gsf.de/proj/planet/moby/RDF/all_mips_services.rdf and called the agent but it's not removed from MOBY central yet.
