[MOBY-dev] jMoby: third-parties libraries update

I have update Axis libraries to its latest version. Also alltools2 were
rebuilt considerably (and alltools.jar removed). Therefore, please start
your next session with jMoby by:
   ./build.sh
which should update your lib directory. After that do:
   ./build-dev.sh clean compile

I tried to test it as much as I was able... If you still find a problem
please report it and I will fix it asap.
