[MOBY-dev] Migrating MOBY Central to the new object API - MONDAYOCT 24th

Hi,

I have a script that is downloadable from the following
address:

http://bioinfo.icapture.ubc.ca/ekawas/migration/migration.ta
r.gz

It goes through your local central and updates the ontology
according to the API. Uncompress the contents and take a
look at the readme file as it outlines what it does and what
it needs from you.
