[MOBY-dev] what are services LSIDs good for?

We are planning to keep version numbers of services, but this is waiting 
on the agent, and the agent is waiting on the final decision on an RDF 
document format describing a service.  Eddie is back from holiday on 
Monday and this is the first thing on his list, so it should all come 
together quickly from here on!
