Hi all core developers, 

We had our first Bugzilla bug report today, but nobody has signed-up to
be a debugger :-)

Can I request that all core developers (anyone who has committed
significant code to the repository, or anyone who wants to be a MOBY
debugger) please sign-up so that bugs can be assigned to you with email
notification.  It would be a good idea if we started using this bug
tracking system rather than relying on the mailing list.
