[MOBY-dev] One use case that is an example of a potential avalanche of others...

Hi all,

I don't know if it is worth me writing up other example use-cases that 
are so "primitive"... I think the important lesson is sufficiently 
learned by this one.

Andrew, did you pick up the use case that I submitted to the CVS 
repository a few weeks ago - the self-updating MOD databases?  I just 
want to be sure that it gets into the consolidated list, though I should 
probably re-work it into the new template...

I'll try to get a couple of others I have in-mind written up before 
Friday.  I just got back from the Bioinformatics Integration Center of 
Excellence planning committee meeting last night so I am in catch-up 
mode right now!
