Hi Chul Choi,

	thanks for looking into biopipe. I interested to know what kinda 
pipeline you are trying to do.
For starters it may be best to start with the website, especially the 
beginners HOWTO

for a feel of how it works. Delving into the innards of biopipe I must 
confess is brave of you
as some parts are rather grisly. This is also because its still heavily 
under development and we haven't really documented the design
in detail. We are writing up a short paper that describes this which I 
will put on the web the next
few days once editing is done.
