We should look with Shawn and Kiran and the modifications, anyway we also
need to deal with Kiran's modifications,etc. and re-test everything.

I have just removed the schema from biosql and left only one copy in a new
sql directory of bioperl-pipeline, so it's gone from biosql-schema/sql and
from bioperl-pipeline/t/data/

Shawn is there any mods that need to be added to that one? Just double
check please...

I've also modified install instructions on our site...
