[Bioperl-pipeline] memo

This is just a memo for us, when we have time and when Alan is back we
should look at reproducing his analyisis for detection of human-fugu
conserved regions from A to Z including the generation of the images
(which are generated from text files anyway), so that it can a)be re-run
at every db update, b)applied to other organisms, or to small regions at
will.
