[Biojava-dev] Alignment GUI and Netbeans

Hello everybody

I've Just took a look at
http://www.biojava.org/wiki/BioJava:CookBook:Interfaces:Alignments_II

And i'm calling your developpers experiences.
I would like to adapt this code to put AlignmentPanel_II inside a Panel
using netbeans

Could someone tell me how to proceed ? just the first steps (illustrations
would be a plus)
