[Biojava-dev] replacing trunk with new modules

better do a 1.7.1 build from the current code in the trunk. the
modularized new thingy probably should be called v. 3.0 and will only
be ready at some point after the hackaton... do you need a full
release or just some kind of jar file available for download?
