[Biojava-dev] New Developer

Sounds like a great suggestion to me! This would be much more  
convenient for me than having to email text (which kind of defeats  
the purpose of the version control system in my opinion, and will  
likely clutter the list). Whatever y'all decide will be fine, but I  
like David's idea!
