Hi -

Looking breifly at your API's it seems that you use a track based display system which you may be able to integrate with the org.biojava.bio.gui.sequence package.

It would be particularly nice to see some of your JSP oriented stuff in biojava. If you have any questions on how to best integrate it just ask questions on the list.

	Dear BioJava Developers,
We have recently developed a Java visualization tool kit for visualizing gene regulatory region annotations. We want to make it available as an open source software to Bioinformatics community. Would it be possible to integrate this library into your BioJava modules.
You may have a look at this library, called GCVTK, available at :

	We also welcome your suggestions.

	Regards - ramana
