Feature templates should be able to be re-used. In
fact, it's considered good style to re-use them where
multiple features are being created with essentialy
the same data e.g. varying by just the location. The
new features should then have properties that vary
100% independantly of the field values of the
template.

One potential gotcha is the Annotation - this may be
refferenced by the new feature or be coppied. Not sure
which impementations do what.
