[Open-bio-l] OpenID working again

It's possible I already had accounts on those from the initial install. I'll make the LocalSettings.php files writable and set it so there is a default login. Chris M., I've also added you to the apache group so you should be able to make modifications.
Also, looks as if Chris M.'s update on BaseCamp is spot-on about the MW version being a problem, this may require an upgrade:
