[Open-bio-l] LSIDs

This is a DNS based version of the LSID resolver and client, available
under the OSI-approved Common Public License (CPL).

A client API is available for download, but it appears the J2EE-based
server is available only via CVS.


I personally don't have experience with either implementation yet.
