Hey folks,

Hope this is the right forum to get crazy OBDA people to look at what I
did. I basically sat down this week with a bare bones RedHat server and
built a biosql database with Swissprot loaded up in it.

I'd like some feedback before I continue to add to it and then perhaps
advertise its existance. The actual stuff I did is trivial/simple but it
may help OBDA newbies to get up and running.

Now that I have swissprot loaded up I'm itching to actually write code
to talk to the database. Anyone have scripts or SQL snippets that would
be useful for validating entries etc.?
