I liked the compromise you published earlier yesterday:
- Bio::PrimarySeqI inherits/implements IdentifiableI.
This is its "one true" name.
- The cloud of other identifiers is attached to Bio::Seq via
its AnnotationCollectionI.
I will work on IdentifierCollectionI as a separate interface.
