[Open-bio-l] bioentry_qualifier_value

Could someone refresh my memory as to what would go into this table? This is tag/value, right?

My impression is that one tag can go only once with a particular bioentry (i.e., together they form the PK). If not, shouldn't one add a rank to support round-tripping?
