To be honest: I don't think so. For a service which does a 1-1 ID mapping
it makes no sense to use a Collection Input. The most important
reason is that it would not be clear which of the input IDs maps to which
output... 

What you most probably want - and what Mark and Eddie tried
to point you to - is to use multiple <moby:mobyData queryID='a1'>
elements within a single invocation message. The queryID lets the 
client know how to map inputs and outputs. You get the idea?
