[MOBY-l] Problem with runGeneIDGFF code

but cannot successfully execute it through Dashboard


I think I can help you with it if you tell me what error message are you
getting in Dashboard.


Through my Java program, I get the following error.  I've also included my

The code seems to be using MobyRequest - this is a different approach than I
am using in Dashboard and in the BaseClient. You have to wait for Paul
Gordon to answer it.
