Mark,
   I vaguely remember that we might have had already discussion about the
method 'Relationship' but perhaps you can refresh my memory. As far as I
see Chad is right, the method does not seem to work.
   This is the XML sent to registry:

<Relationship>
  <objectType>NucleotideSequence</objectType>
  <relationshipType>ISA</relationshipType>
  <expandRelationship>1</expandRelationship>
</Relationship>

   But I am getting back an empty answer:

<Relationships>
</Relationships>

   Do you see where is the problem?
