[MOBY-l] NB for anyone subscribed to teh MOBY RSS feeds

Anyone subscribing to the MOBY registry RSS feeds will get bombed
shortly, since the RSS feed is using LSID's to determine which services,
objects, etc are newly added.  Since we've just modified all of the
LSIDs, they are ALL going to look new when that cron job runs!!
