[MOBY] [MOBY-l] Input XML syntax

Sorry if you receive this twice, but the biomoby mail server was 
unreachable yesterday when I originally sent this.  Please let me know 
if you have any difficulty viewing the site, I have just included a 
workaround for Internet Explorer's aweful handling of XML content types 
(the whole site is written in XML).
