Hi Mark!
I guess you are right and a more general object will do the job. I would
like to have a description going with the sequence as well.
I was going to set up At_Protein with - description and -amino-acid
sequence. So a more general object could then be the
-description and -sequence.
If I got the point with the primary and secondary articles I guess a
sequence object could then contain :
-the sequence (generic as you proposed) as a primary article
-the description as a secondary article.
-> Then there would be no need for something like my proposed At_Protein.
I haven't figured out which other objects we will need for PlaNet. I
need to check this within the next days.
