[MOBY-l] note to non-anonymous CVS users

Due to problems with the open-bio server, Your accounts will not work
anymore.  If you are accessing any open-bio stuff (including MOBY) using
a non-anonymous CVS you will need to update your account password. 
Contact me for details.  If you are checking out the MOBY code using
anonymous CVS this does not affect you!

This message is partially redundant to the one that was sent out by
Chris Dagdigian a few minutes ago, except to tell you that you need to
contact me to get a new password to update your CVS.
