Ack!  you caught me using bad software design!  BAD BAD BAD!

MOBY::Client::Central should perhaps inherit from SOAP::Lite so that it
can use proxies... at the moment it doesn't.

Give me a couple of days and I'll change the code.  I'm a bit tied up
right now...
