[MOBY-l] PubFetch

Hi,

 

I have registered a new object called "PubMed-MEDLINE" to represent PubMed
article in MEDLINE display format. This object ISA "text-plain" which in
turn ISA "String".

 

Two Services are registered.

 

1.	Search PubMed: Search PubMed for given query (namespace -
Global_Keyword) and gets PubMed IDs (namespace - PMID)
2.	GetPubMed: Retrieve PubMed articles in MEDLINE display format for
given PubMed IDs (namespace - PMID) 

 

I'll try to make AGRICOLA available as a MOBY Service.
