That is so much better!!  It's really snappy now :-)

Everything is in the same location it used to be, so it shouldn't be
necessary to update anything on the Java side (I think...)

I also have my services running under mod-perl, so they are a little
faster in that regard, but at the same time I switched from using a
local copy of the GO database to using the flybase copy of the GO
database, so that has significantly slowed things down for the GO
retrieval services...  still, not bad.
