[MOBY-l] DNS problems fixed

Hi again,

CBR reported to me yesterday afternoon that they have tracked down the
DNS problem and fixed it.

The domain   mobycentral.cbr.nrc.ca  should soon (if not already)
resolve properly... this is good because all of the Perl software is
coded to use this domain as the default ;-)
