Hi folks,

Per Mark W's request I've created a moby-dev mailing list. URL to signup 
  is here: http://open-bio.org/mailman/listinfo/moby-dev

Mark's stated use for the list was for announcing things like developer 
teleconfrences etc. etc

Let me know if there are any issues
