[MOBY-l] MOBY-Central going down

Just a heads-up that we are going to take the MOBY-Central server down until
tomorrow.  Jacek wants to rebuild the kernel before we all start pounding on
it "in anger" (to quote M.A.).

It should then be stable for the forseeable future.
