Doh!!

I was just writing the SQL to talk to this schema and realized that it's not
gonna work...  Items in the service ontology don't have an xsd template   }-/

What a dummy I am!   I'll take that out and put it in its own table.  I also
forgot to create an ontology table to link to the ontology_id field.

I'm a victim of premature exuberation ;-)

I'll fix this first thing tomorrow,
