[MOBY-l] Heads Up! Sequence model has changed

[mwilkinson at gene.pbi.nrc.ca]

model for Sequence has changed.  The sequence string is now contained in
the element <SequenceString>

It used to be in <Sequence>  which was silly because that was also the
name of the object itself   }-P

One day these will all be re-written after we have had some more
discussion on the object ontology and models, esp. how they relate to
existing models in e.g. OMG and other projects
