Log Message:
a script to help people update their databases to reflect the new service category cgi-async. 

in the future, any updates to the db can be appended to this script. so if a new change X is made to the db, then all we need to do is add an option to the script and when a user runs the script with that option set, the appropriate update to the db will be made.

for the addition of the additional enum field 'cgi-async', the option to use with the script is -c.
