[MOBY-guts] biomoby commit

But the makefile is for MoSeS and not really for the registry. I need to fix
the actual cpan module. 

Looking back at the versions required for the dependencies to MoSeS, I need
to make sure that the right modules are said to be required and used...

Looks from the CVS commits that Mark has already fixed this...you may 
want to do a CVS update.
